Crafty Clues: A Minecraft Mystery [5 to 10 years]
Step into the pixelated world of Minecraft and help to solve a hilarious, blocky whodunit! We need a crack squad of mini detectives and Minecraft master sleuths to help crack 'The Case of the Diamond Cake'. We'll mine for clues, collect the evidence, interrogate suspect mobs, and craft the truth. Get your thinking caps and pickaxes ready—it’s mystery time!

Construction City [4 to 7 years]
Junior engineers join the fun, we're building our very own city. We'll need planes, trains, trucks and buses. Buildings and houses and shops galore! Get your town planner's hats on as we transform a huge pile of bricks and blocks into our wonderful new city.

Down by the Swamp[4 to 7 years]
This is the one for dinosaur lovers! Stomp, squish, and splosh your way through a prehistoric adventure in the swamp! We’ll dig for hidden bones, create our own dino fossils, stomp out muddy footprints, and craft roarsome dinosaur models. Whether you're a T. rex expert or just love a good dino roar, there’s something for every little paleontologist. Bring your best dinosaur facts, your sharpest claws (paper ones, of course!), and get ready for some fossil-tastic fun.

Draw More: Midnight Horses [6 to 12 years]
The horses are running through the night. Learn to draw horses on the move in this art based workshop. Using black, white and greys we'll create 3 artworks in soft pastel, charcoal and graphite.

Engineering Challenge: Flip & Spin [6 to 12 years]
Gear up for a whirlwind of fun in this hands-on STEM workshop with a twist (literally). You'll be spinning with excitement as we probe the physics, explore the engineering, and tinker with everyday materials and challenge out conceptions. From flying discs to bottle flip battles, you’ll test your wits, tweak your designs, and maybe even defy gravity. Catch you on the flip side.

Geology Rocks: Minecraft Minerals [6 to 12 years]
If you have rocks on your mind, then look no further! If you choose to dive into this newly-spawned workshop, you will discover why Minecraft has chosen the pallet of blocks they offer! We'll search for the similarities between the game world and real world, talk of terrain, break-down biomes, and create some curious creations. What are you waiting for? Set your spawn-point and away we go!

Glass Art Anime [10 to 15 years]
For fans of Anime. These artworks are amazing to display. Draw up your character then transfer your design to a glass panel. Choose your colours. This workshop will take you through the process and techniques of painting on glass in a Manga art style.

Glitter & Glow: Winter Magic [4 to 7 years]
Art and craft for those makers who’d like some Winter Magic. With a frosty wintery theme we'll create a sparkly canvas artwork that glows under UV light. This workshop will also include some open ended activities for those who like to use a wide variety of shiny and sparkly materials.

Gotta Draw Em’ All! [5 to 10 years]
One for the Pokémon fans! In this drawing and illustration workshop you’ll start with simple shapes and learn simple techniques for drawing 6 different Pokémon characters. You’ll get a chance to put them into a story with prepared backgrounds. Add colour and you’re ready to go.

Impression Sunrise: Introduction to Oil Paint [8 to 14 years]
Sunrise brings colour to the sky; soft pinks, peaches and mauve as, or fiery reds, yellows, deep purples, and oranges. We are going to capture it with paint. This workshop is an introduction to painting with oils. Be inspired by the works of the great Impressionist artists. Learn about mixing and applying oil paint. Take home a triptych of related artworks you can display together.

Incredible Earth [6 to 12 years]
Do you want to to explore the wonders of our planet? Come to this workshop where where curiosity meets discovery! Volcanoes, minerals, mountains, waterfalls, and so much more that our incredible planet has to offer. From beauty and wonder, to destruction and devastation, we will experiment, craft, and dive deep into the heart of Earth's marvels.

Jurassic Park After Dark [6 to 12 years]
You thought it was safe to go out at night? Think again! A workshop 65 million years in the making is coming to Flying Fox Studios this winter as we attempt to right the wrongs of past Jurassic Parks. We'll make sure the Dinosaurs have everything they need and the visitors are protected as we brave ferocious monsters of times gone by. A Workshop for the budding builder, prospective paleontologist, or emerging engineer.

Marble Mayhem [5 to 10 years]
Drop a marble and it falls to the ground. Drop a marble onto a guided track and you have the basis for a whole lot of fun! We'll experiment with a few different marble tracks then search for a way to get them to work with each other. We may even try extending the experiment to include other elements into a larger machine. So, "to drop the marble, or not to drop the marble" isn't the question here. The real question is actually "Where!" See you at the end of the drop!

*Mad Science Goes Pop [5 to 10 years]
Did you hear that? Dr Parsec Supernova is up to his old tricks again! This time he is experimenting with things that go pop! Balloons, pop-corn, science experiments, and so much more! With Dr Supernova, you never know what to expect... Only this time, if you blink you might miss it.

Mini Menagerie: Polymer Clay [6 to 12 years]
Welcome to the Menagerie. All the animals are moulded, sculpted or assembled from polymer clay. This fun workshop will introduce you to the possibilities, techniques and tools to get you started. You’ll make mini animals and their habitat. Make 4 mini models during the workshop, then take them home to keep or give away. (Baking at home is required to harden your models)

Mission Moon Base [4 to 7 years]
The countdown has started, so grab your space helmet and join us for an adventure that is out of this world! Using imagination, teamwork, and a sprinkle of cosmic creativity, kids will blast off on a mission full of fun and discovery, craft and construction, all on a cosmic scale. Whether you're a moonwalker or just love to zoom through space, this mission is made for you!

Painted Skies: Aurora Australis [8 to 14 years]
The dancing colours of the Southern Lights will inspire us as we paint our canvas in this workshop. Be guided in the process, layer by layer, as you paint the sky. We’ll use acrylic paints mixed with a variety of mediums.

Rainbow Art Maker [4 to 7 years]
What’s your favourite colour? Use all the colours of the rainbow as you paint your own canvas and more in this art based workshop. We'll play with the colour wheel, make some rainbows with prisms, and mix lots of different colours for our artworks.

Sketch Cafe: Anime Art [8 to 12 years]
Sketch iconic treats, drinks and characters from your favourite anime. Learn neon glow effects for wall murals and take home an A3 sized artwork for your wall. Enjoy the atmosphere and invite your friends.

Slither: Reptile Art [6 to 12 years]
Do you have a favourite creeping, crawling or climbing creature? These animals are fun to draw. Learn to understand the anatomy of real animals to bring realism to your drawing. Try lots of ideas and techniques. Take home 3 drawn and painted artworks

Small World Terrarium [8 to 14 years]
Craft your own fully contained small world inside a glass container. Design to your chosen theme. Learn about balance and scale. Build a tiny stone structure. Add moss, rocks and plants. Includes instructions on taking care of your terrarium.

Tinkerlab: Mission to Mars [6 to 12 years]
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to journey with me to the red planet! We’ll look at pictures sent back by NASA probes, and closely analyse the unmanned missions to Mars. Then, we'll craft a machine that can get around our mock-Martian landscape, collect samples, and conduct experiments. If you like to tinker, you'll love this workshop that's out of this world!

The Lost Island of Lego [6 to 12 years]
What could possibly go wrong when you are stranded on an Island with nothing but a pile of Lego? Come sail with us this summer and help construct an Island you want to be stuck on! Places to play, contraptions to provide power, water, and entertainment, and possibly a way off the island? The power is in your hands.

Wearable Art: Custom Patches [10 to 15 years]
Sew and paint custom denim patches for jeans, jackets, clothing or bags. Your patches will be pre-prepared with sewn borders, ready for your original embroidered and painted artwork. An iron-on backing is included. Suitable for beginners or the more experienced.

Winter Nights & Fairy Lights [6 to 12 years]
Paint your own canvas artwork featuring LED lights. There will be a number of themes to choose from. Will you choose a firefly theme, a market or snowy scene or maybe design your own? We’ll use acrylic paints and add a string of LED lights to complete. Take it home to light up the night
